About The Project and The Position

Our client is one of the world leaders of fashion and retail.

We are building the software that implements its ecommerce, APIs for payments, APIs for the

mobile clients, internal tools and other stuff that is really really cool.

You will be a part of a development team that will be periodically rotating between areas to help

push the parts that are needed the most.

We are looking for a team player, with good soft skills, that is up for the challenge.

Our client has several systems written in Java and Springboot.

Required Skills

● Bachelor Degree in computer science, software engineering or similar

● 5+ years of backend development experience

● Experience in Java and some knowledge of .NET

● Experience in Spring Boot

● Experience in Continuous Integration

● Experience working with Docker

● Experience with DDD

● Experience in Test Driven Development and unit testing

● Strong knowledge of SOLID principles

● Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming concepts (polymorphism, interface

● Understanding of refactoring concepts

● Knowledge of the main and the most used design patterns

● Be experienced in working on Linux

Skills that are a plus

● Know how to work with CI & TDD

● Experience with Kotlin

● Functional coding experience

● Experience with DDD architecture

Responsibilities

● Contribute to implement the necessary logic and APIs to feed the UI and integration endpoints.

● Participate in meetings to discuss the implementation approach of features

● Manage your time and tasks to push the sprints forward - raise your hand upon any shortcoming.

● Communicate effectively and responsibly in an Agile environment.
