Yes — the 14-day Trial requires no card, posts unlimited active jobs, and unlocks every Hiring Tool, including [Talent Search](/tools/talent-search/). What it meters is monthly usage: 5 CMS scores, 5 AI prompts, 5 Resume Score checks, 10 candidate CV views, 1 Spotlight post, 2 team seats and 5 MB of Expertini Cloud Storage. One trial per organisation, and it does expire at 14 days rather than quietly continuing.
Volume, not capability — you can see the whole product, including every Hiring Tool and the full pipeline, but the monthly allowances above are small enough that a trial cannot be used to run a month of production hiring for free. Picking any paid plan raises every allowance immediately.
That specific action is paused until your usage resets at the start of the next billing cycle, or until you upgrade — nothing else on your account is affected, and no overage charge is applied automatically.
Yes, any time, from the Billing page. All your limits — usage allowances, seats, storage, unlocked tools — update immediately to the new plan's numbers; your existing jobs and candidate data are never affected by a plan change.
No — team seats are included up to each plan's cap (2 Starter, 5 Growth, 10 Professional, 25 Business, 50 Enterprise) at no extra per-seat cost. There's currently no way to buy additional seats beyond a plan's included cap other than moving to the next tier.
Card payments via Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch Expertini's own servers.
