You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, are passionate about raising the quality bar, and constantly seek opportunities to optimise, innovate, and deliver impact.

  • Monitor production systems and user behavior to identify testing gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers, raising the bar for coding, design principles, and best practices
  • Integrate and optimise test suites in CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast feedback cycles and smooth deployments

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

  • 4–5+ years of hands-on experience as an SDET or Quality Engineer building automation frameworks at scale for large web applications
  • Proven experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, and Appium
  • Proven experience in automating tests for Web, Mobile, APIs, and contract testing
  • Deep understanding of test automation best practices, including Page Object Model, data-driven testing, and framework design patterns
  • Experience with DevOps and continuous deployment infrastructures, including CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, or similar)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
  • Understanding of shift-left and shift-right testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with synthetic monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Sentry or similar)

⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (self-healing automation, test case generation, intelligent defect detection)
  • Experience with visual regression testing tools (Percy, Applitools, or similar)
