Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Program Manager to lead the execution of Autodesk’s Partner Investment Program across the EMEA region.

This individual will be responsible for managing both the planning and execution phases of investment initiatives that support partner growth and capability development.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders, internal teams, partner managers, and external vendors to deliver impactful training experiences and ensure the success of funded programs.

The ideal candidate is passionate about partner enablement, program delivery, operational rigor, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilities

  • Program Planning & Execution: Lead the entire lifecycle of investment programs, from planning and scoping to budgeting, delivery, tracking, and reporting.

    Ensure alignment with strategic priorities, partner needs, and measurable outcomes.

    Coordinate timelines, milestones, and resource plans across EMEA and global stakeholders
  • Training Delivery & Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and training providers to ensure high-quality trainings to partners.

    Oversee contracting, deliverables, quality assurance, and performance monitoring
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal collaborators and regional partner teams.

    Facilitate cross-regional collaboration to ensure global consistency and regional adaptability.

    Develop and distribute clear, targeted communications for program updates
  • Operational Excellence & KPI Tracking: Define and track KPIs to evaluate program ROI, partner satisfaction, and process quality.

    Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and impact
  • Change Management: Support change initiatives for new program component launches, processes, or systems.

    Prepare and guide stakeholders through transitions using structured change management strategies
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in partner success, enablement, or investment programs
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and training providers
  • Strong familiarity with partner ecosystems, especially in EMEA regions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with investment planning, partner enablement, or budget ownership
  • Familiarity with global collaboration tools (Slack, Confluence, SharePoint)
