This role reports to the Europe Finance DevOps Director, inside Europe - Enterprise IT organization.
The main responsibilities are:
• You will delivery the Financial strategy at European level
• You will manage full life cycle of IT subjects from pre-study to the run
• You will be End to end responsibility of Application Management for Financial perimeter.
• You willl develop the best team, mainly composed by ERP expert and application owners
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Manage portfolio of demands and support their delivery
• You will deliver the European financial digital roadmap by leveraging the strategy
• You will manage the backlog and priorities in relation with Finance and BRM needs
• You will manage qualify demands, approve proposed solution and quotation from delivery teams
• You will promote alignment and standardization across Europe
• You will support delivery promoting agile ensure business validation
• You will manage pe-study and propose appropriate solutions aligned with the Financial standards and
strategy
• You will manage project evaluation : effort / cost / schedule / resources plan
• You will propose deployment methodology, promoting agile methodology and innovation to speed up delivery
• You will support project during execution for risk migration when escalation needed
• You will ensure project delivery
• You will support run activities with additional expertise when needed in case of escalation
• You will analyze incidents RCA and propose appropriate actions if needed to improve robustness of the
applications
• You will ensure level 2 support for his functional perimeter in incidents management , key users support, change requests End2End App Management Ownership
• Secure and master application management and ownership including the technical debt
reduction
• You will assure data quality, knowledge of costs and L2 support.
• You will maintain key documentation in our app repository. High level architecture diagram, link to
documentation in central place, clear contact escalation matrix constant control for inflow of
new application
CyberSecurity
• You will act on demand without zero delay if any cyber action/assessment to be done
The European team is composed by around ten internal people across all Europe, plus several external
contractors. Your mission will be:
• You will anage team engagement, performance, competency and development
• You will manage resources capacity, allocation, forecast and request. If that’s the case, manage the
extra-capacity with the main European vendors
• You will lead an improvement action plan to gain efficiency and strategical alignment
• You will animate the team community.
You will manage the relationship with key stakeholders
• You will promote the European FI DevOps organization and awareness of services provided across the region and global teams
• You will manage relations with your financial functions, VP and key strategical stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
You are the person we are looking for if you:
Education:
• You have an academic degree in computer science or IT specialization from a business school or university. Alternatively, financial background with IT experience.
Job Related Experience:
• You have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with operations and/or support in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application
environment
Technical Skills
• You are broad IT knowledge and experience
• You have knowledge in coordination of resources, leading heterogeneous teams
• You have previous experience from similar industries is an advantage
• You have significant experience and knowledge of systems design, application platforms, especially SAP related, mainly as FICO
consultant / project manager.
Soft Skills:
- You are self-driven, operationally experienced with a can-do attitude.
- You are autonomous to drive improvements and evolutions in a proactive way.
Leadership skills
• You have strong relationship builder – both internally in Schneider Digital
and business as well as with external partners.
• You have relationships to be managed at senior leadership level in the organization
• You have excellent Communication skills, professional courtesy, keeps calm at stress levels
• You are a strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
• You have experience working with others on a global basis
• You have managerial skills with an international team to be managed.

• Fluent in English
