For our Data Science team we are looking for anAI Skills Leadto empower our Advanced and Senior Software Engineers to unlock the full potential of Artificial Intelligence within their roles As our AI Skills Lead you will be instrumental in driving AI adoption and innovation across our engineering teams You will achieve this by designing developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip our experienced engineers with the knowledge and skills to effectively leverage AI technologies The ideal candidate will be able to master the technical aspects of AI and effectively train technical teams on how to maximize the potential of AI This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our product development and engineering capabilities by fostering a culture of AI fluency

What you will do:
Training Program Development:
Design and create engaging and effective training curricula workshops and learning materials focused on practical AI applications for software engineers This includes topics such as machine learning fundamentals deep learning concepts natural language processing computer vision and responsible AI practices
Delivery of Training:
Lead and deliver both inperson and virtual training sessions adapting your teaching style to suit the needs of experienced technical audiences
Content Creation:
Develop highquality learning resources including documentation code examples exercises and assessments
Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with engineering and the DS teams to identify specific AI skill gaps and training needs
Staying Current:
Continuously stay uptodate with the latest advancements in AI machine learning and related technologies
Community Building:
Foster a community of AI learners within the engineering organization encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration
Measuring Impact:
Define and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement

What you will need to succeed:
Advanced degree Masters or PhD in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field
Familiarity with the European tech landscape and relevant industry trends
Proven experience typically 5 years in a data science machine learning engineering or related role
Deep understanding of core AIML concepts algorithms and frameworks eg TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn
Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in data science eg Python
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely to technical audiences
Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fastpaced agile environment
A passion for teaching and empowering others to learn new technologies
We appreciate experience with MLOps practices
Ideally you have contributed to opensource AIML projects
