IE University´s School of Science and Technology invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Computer Science with a specializationin Networking and Telematics.
We are seeking a dynamic candidate with expertise in communication protocols, network architecture, and distributed systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in TCP/IP, routing, network security, wireless communication, IoT, and distributed systems, as well as experience in designing efficient data transmission solutions for modern connected environments.
We value candidates with the capacity to collaborate in applied research projects led by theImpact Xcelerator at IE School of Science and Technology, specificallyin IoT & Smart Cities for connected infrastructure and edge computing, and Cybersecurity & Privacy for secure communication protocols.
The ability to contribute to multidisciplinary research initiatives that apply networking expertise to build secure and scalable communication systems will be key tothe role's success.
