Hello!At Factorial, we're looking for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join our API & Marketplace Team within the Platform Domain.The Engineering team at largeAt Factorial, you'll be part of a team of 150+ product engineers.

We don’t look to match the stack.
On the contrary, the experience with multiple languages and frameworks that brings perspective and a set of tools in the toolbelt.
Besides, we are continuously evolving the ecosystem of engineering, adopting new architectures and paradigms, and evolving current ones.
You are expected to contribute to the next software architecture stage at Factorial.This role is in a Platform team.
This means you will be doing product twice, addressing not only user needs, but also designing the best tools for both internal and external developers.

About the outcome, you’ll also work with your team members to establish goals and plan a quarterly roadmap, putting special attention to the technical needs of our domain.- A Senior Engineer at Factorial influences requirements definition and is autonomous in delivering a polished solution that matches those.
You participate in the team’s decision through Requests For Comments (RFCs) that you write yourself or read others’.- You will be involved in customer calls to learn about their pains & needs.- You will review code daily and get feedback on your code at every pull request, from all team members, including juniors.- You will learn from the entire team, both on technical topics (performance, architecture…) and core skills, in an environment driven by engineering quality.
