RMS Training (Richards Mining Services Pty Ltd) commenced operation in 2001 and is WA's premier training provider for the Mining, Civil Construction and Transport industries.

We are currently seeking two applicants to fill the positions of Reception/Sales Administrators.

The successful applicant's primary role will be to respond to clients either over the phone or face to face to answer queries and provide information on courses, and provide directions to online booking.

This role will be a customer and sales focused role and will also be responsible to maximise upsell opportunities to existing clients.

We are seeking two persons to fulfil 4.5hrs a day each working the hours of 7.30 am - 12.00pm or 12.00pm - 4.30pm on a rostered basis.

This role is a busy fast paced role with phone management being the predominant responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell our training courses using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Process EFT and cash sales transactions
  • Maintain administration of client profiles in Axcelerate (Student Management software)
  • Onboard corporate clients to the Corporate Client Portal to facilitate self booking
  • Respond to customer requests for course information
  • Complete daily administration tasks
  • Utilise problem solving skills in meeting customer demands for scheduling of courses

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Ability to manage multiple calls at once
  • Proven sales knowledge and selling skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proven initiative and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Be a quick learner and understand the courses we sell
  • Ability to increase hours to cover sick leave or annual leave

The Role Details

The Sales Administrator will be required to:

  • Present, promote and sell our training courses using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
