How will you contribute to PropHero?

Your mission as a QA Automation Engineer at PropHero, you will be the guardian of product quality—designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks that ensure our platform is stable, scalable, and delightful to use.

You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to define testing strategies, write robust automated tests, and integrate quality checks into our CI/CD pipelines.

You’ll champion a culture of quality across the team, proactively identifying potential issues before they impact our customers, and continuously improving our testing processes with modern tools and AI-driven approaches.

Your success in this mission will be stellar if you succeed in the following areas:

• Test Automation Development: Build, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks for web, mobile (Flutter), and backend (Node.js) services.
  
  
• Quality Strategy : Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality gates for releases.
  
  
• Continuous Integration & Delivery: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable feedback on code quality.
  
  
• Defect Prevention & Analysis: Identify root causes of issues, drive preventative measures, and maintain high standards for defect-free releases.
  
  
• Performance & Security Testing: Implement automated performance, load, and basic security tests to ensure scalability and resilience.
  
  
• Tooling & Best Practices: Research, propose, and adopt new testing tools, frameworks, and AI-driven solutions to increase coverage and efficiency.
  
  
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear test documentation and provide actionable quality metrics to stakeholders.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in QA automation engineering.
