Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for a banking platform using .NET Core.
- Write clean, scalable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with other teams, developers, and product owners to deliver the best possible solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers or internal teams.
- Propose and contribute to continuous improvements in our development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET Core technologies, cloud trends, and best practices.
Must-have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- English level: B2 Advanced or C1.
- 6+ years of proven experience as a .NET Core Developer (.NET 6/8).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in C#.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and releases (ideally Azure DevOps).
- Solid background in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing concepts (ideally Azure).
- Experience with messaging systems (ideally Azure Service Bus with brokered topics and queues).
- Familiarity with event-driven and/or microservices architecture and related patterns (Idempotency, Circuit Breaker, Sagas, Inbox, Outbox).
- Proven experience with distributed systems in fault-tolerant environments.
- Strong knowledge integrating with internal and external APIs.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, ideally Terraform.
Nice-to-have
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Experience with Kubernetes (ideally Azure Kubernetes Services).
- Familiarity with Azure storage technologies.
- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting practices (ideally Azure Insights).
- Experience documenting architectural decision records to track technical decisions.
