IT Service Desk Job Opening In Bilbao – Now Hiring Gi Group

Desde Gi Group estamos colaborando con una compañía internacional líder en su sector para incorporar un perfil de IT Service Desk / Field Support en su centro de trabajo en Vitoria .

Trabajo presencial en un entorno tecnológico altamente especializado.
Funciones principales :
Soporte técnico presencial y telefónico de incidencias IT.
Gestión de dispositivos físicos (ordenadores, impresoras, escáneres, smartphones, etc.).
Registro y seguimiento de incidencias en herramientas ITIL.
Colaboración con equipos regionales e internacionales.
Requisitos:
Formación : Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o FP II en Sistemas Informáticos y Redes.
Nivel de inglés alto (mínimo B2/C1).
Experiencia de 1-2 años en soporte técnico o departamentos IT.
Conocimientos en redes, hardware, Windows Server, SQL Server, scripting (PowerShell/VBScript), y herramientas ITIL.
Actitud proactiva , ganas de aprender y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Posibilidad de trabajar en turnos.
Valorable:
