Douglas is a retail company for beauty, health and cosmetic products in 19
European countries.
We are collaborating to improve their main product channel, their e-
commerce.
With the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a
distributed team from our Málaga (Spain) office.
Responsibilities
- Create, enhance and maintain modern frontend solutions for our eCommerce platform.
- Assume responsibility for technical concepts and their implementation
- Optimize application performance for various browsers and devices
- Work closely with the product team, UX and business stakeholders within the company
- Share knowledge with your colleagues through reviews, workshops or pair programming
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of current frontend technologies and concepts
- Multiple years of experience using web technologies like React, TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience in other technologies like ES6+, Redux, Next.js, SSR, git, Docker or npm is a plus
- Business-level English; German skills are a plus
