What will you do
  • 1er mes | Onboarding: explains the business, introduces the team, shows how we work, and provides necessary tools and context for your first days.

    You will likely join in the middle of a sprint.

  • Daily routines: a relaxed daily at 10am to share progress; then team dailies.

    You will be supported by developers and project managers in the initial weeks.

  • Communication and tools: primarily Discord for communication, Drive and Notion for documentation, Meets for meetings; we also use Monday, Trello and Jira depending on the project.

  • Secondaries: as you become familiar, you will help estimate tasks and prioritize the backlog.

    Projects include performance improvements, refactoring, removing legacy code, and improving future scalability.

    You are encouraged to propose ideas and contribute to both existing developments and new features.

  • Team and quality: emphasis on teamwork, good communication, software quality, and best practices.

    You are expected to become a pillar of the team and help build projects, team, and culture.

What we expect from you
  • At least 4 years of experience in frontend development within technological environments.

  • Experience with stacks such as React.js, React Native, Vue.js and comfort with remote work and fluent internal communication.

  • Ability to work in a team and help others when needed; accustomed to peer reviews, best practices, and Agile methodologies.

  • Looking for a project focused on software quality and human quality.
