Ampliamos equipo y seleccionamos un/a
Engineering Manager con amplia experiencia velando por la entrega continua del Software de valor al negocio (producto API, API First) , para incorporarse de forma indefinida en uno de los equipos de tecnología que Between tiene implantados en uno de nuestros principales clientes.
¿Qué haré?
Acompañar a equipos asegurando la entrega de valor y la productividad, maximizar la capacidad de entrega del equipo y la consecución de objetivos de la manera más eficiente posible.
¿Cómo lo haré?
Junto al PO, TL y desarrolladores; cerca de los líderes de producto y arquitectura de la unidad.
Modelo de trabajo fundamentado en filosofía Agile + DevOps.
Con SCRUM y sprints de 2 semanas; herramientas como Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerBI, teams.
Abordar problemas y riesgos relacionados con el delivery y la entrega del equipo.
Enfoque táctico.
Buenas habilidades organizativas, coordinar y estructurar eficientemente el trabajo del equipo (alineamiento de diferentes roadmaps, integración de equipos, sincronización de procesos, sesiones y actividades).
Apoyo en datos para optimizar procesos y actividades de los equipos: analizar métricas Agile (cumplimiento, velocidad, bugs, burndown) y DORA (métricas de desarrollo de software respecto a calidad y velocidad, basadas en las PRs) del equipo.
Tus Funciones
Entrega de valor y planificación:
Responsable de la entrega de valor del equipo, que el equipo persiga y consiga una mejora continua en sus capacidades de ejecución.
Corresponsable de la construcción, validación, y seguimiento de objetivos, estrategia y roadmap a corto, medio y largo plazo de los equipos asignados.
Garantizar que el roadmap contiene iniciativas con enunciados de problemas claros e hipótesis y/o soluciones para resolver ese problema, KPI para medir el resultado de esas soluciones.
Liderar alineamiento, estrategia, prioridades de equipo y ejecución de tareas en el día a día.
Implementar buenas prácticas de ingeniería y desarrollo, soluciones de arquitectura e iniciativas técnicas, monitorizar su ejecución.
People Care
Promover y lograr una cultura de mejora continua en el equipo; limitar rotación.
1 a 1 con el equipo para identificar posibles conflictos y tomar el pulso a su satisfacción.
Procesos de selección; Onboarding y offboarding.
Ciclo de desarrollo, evolución de equipos y sistemas.
Generar y explotar métricas asociadas a la actividad del equipo.
Comunicación
Corresponsable de la comunicación fluida, transparente y efectiva para el equipo a través de eventos y canales online, incluidos los de comunicación escrita y verbal.

Requisitos
Es imprescindible para el rol:
Experiencia en gestión de personas y resolución de conflictos dentro del equipo Habilidades para organizarse Capacidad de adaptación Empatía y gran capacidad de comunicación.
Background técnico, comprensión de las prácticas y técnicas modernas de desarrollo de software (por ejemplo, TDD, BDD, DDD, API First).
Experiencia trabajando centrado a producto.
Conocimiento / experiencia de CI / CD.
Conocimiento en construcción e implementación en pipelines y herramientas asociadas.
Experiencia de entrega de programas / proyectos / productos.
Experiencia en gestión dentro de un proyecto de desarrollo de software.
Experiencia demostrable en la resolución de problemas y riesgos en relación con el delivery y la entrega de los equipos de software.
