Responsibilities

Asegurar que el equipo entregue valor de forma constante, eliminando bloqueos y mejorando procesos.

Garantizar objetivos claros para el equipo de EMs y realizar seguimiento de su consecución.

Si algo interrumpe la entrega, ayudar a resolverlo o registrarlo para seguimiento.

Asegurar un backlog limpio.

Comunicar desviaciones respecto a lo planificado y apoyar la toma de decisiones mostrando siempre el estado real del trabajo.

Asegurar que el equipo tenga objetivos claros, estrategia definida y roadmap alineado con las necesidades de clientes y stakeholders.

Colaborar en la planificación trimestral y en la creación del roadmap identificando bloqueos.

Fomentar la conexión con usuarios y stakeholders a través de demos, reviews y sesiones de feedback que aseguren el entendimiento de lo que se construye.

Facilitar herramientas y prácticas que permitan visualizar el trabajo, detectar impedimentos y tomar decisiones.

Asegurar que existe trazabilidad y una buena priorización del backlog y del portfolio.

People Care

Bienestar y crecimiento del equipo, promoviendo la motivación con herramientas como Management 3.0. Identificar necesidades de formación —a partir de retros, feedback o mapas de competencias— y fomentar próximos pasos.

Diseñar e impartir formaciones no técnicas en temas como feedback, métricas o comunicación, y asegurar un flujo constante de feedback dentro del equipo.

1 to 1 con los equipos para identificar posibles conflictos y tomar el pulso a su satisfacción.

Proporcionar la información necesaria a empresas colaboradoras para gestionar la carrera profesional de los equipos.

Development Cycle, Team & Systems Evolution

Determinar el tamaño óptimo de los equipos y habilidades requeridas (con EM tácticos, TL y arquitecto).

Optimizar proceso de onboarding y offboarding.

Monitorizar métricas asociadas a los equipos para buscar puntos de mejora.

Gestión y monitorización de riesgos, dependencias y bloqueos funcionales y técnicos asociados a las entregas clave de los equipos, elaborando plan de resolución y dando seguimiento.

Communication

Corresponsable de que la comunicación es fluida y transparente para los equipos a través de los eventos y canales online, comunicación escrita y verbal.

Mejorar la comunicación y cooperación a escala, reduciendo la fricción en los procesos.

Qualifications

Más de 5 años de experiencia en roles de gestión dentro del ámbito de IT,

Experiencia previa en la implementación de metodologías ágiles y gestión de proyectos.

Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.

Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de manera transversal con grandes equipos y múltiples stakeholders.

Sólido entendimiento y experiencia con metodologías ágiles y herramientas de gestión de proyectos, especialmente Jira.

Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno complejo y dinámico, influyendo y guiando equipos sin necesidad de una estructura jerárquica directa.

Habilidad para influir y guiar a líderes y equipos, promoviendo buenas prácticas y eficiencia.

Experiencia en gestión de dependencias.

Experiencia gestionando productos técnicos.

Background técnico o amplio entendimiento de aspectos técnicos dentro del ciclo de vida de software.

Experiencia en base a una filosofía de producto (el producto ejecutado correctamente por los implicados será su principal objetivo a conseguir).
