Lead Digital Strategist - Enterprise AI Solutions (m/f/d)

As part of Plain Concepts, we are a fast-growing business and tech innovation consulting unit working across AI, Data, Cloud Strategy, Development & Transformation.

We collaborate with global leaders like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Google to design and build next-gen digital solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Digital Strategist to build-up and drive our Enterprise AI Studio vertical within the Plain Concepts’ Impact Studios.

Your role combines business strategy & operations knowledge with technological depth, and entrepreneurial ownership to design and execute transformative AI solutions for our clients.

In a best-case scenario you understand yourself as a hybrid combining strong business skills including commercial drive, process mindset and strong communication skills with a robust understanding for Enterprise AI & Tech Ecosystems.

The mission of the Enterprise AI vertical is to empower clients to build AI-native operations by implementing agentic frameworks, identifying and scaling automation opportunities, and deploying GenAI-powered assistants, agents and enterprise applications across core and adjacent business domains leveraging pragmatic low-code solutions or designing and with our tech team building custom coded solutions.

You will have the unique opportunity to define our value proposition in the emerging field of Agentic AI, AI Enterprise Applications and LowCode, develop proprietary methodologies and frameworks, build a high-performing cross-functional team, and drive commercial traction through collaboration with our sales and tech delivery teams.

• Contribute to building the foundations of a consulting model that blends speed, pragmatism, and end-to-end responsibility.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the Offering: Shape and evolve our Enterprise AI consulting proposition – from service structure, technology stack, delivery formats to methodical playbooks and reusable tools.
  
  
• Lead Client Engagements: Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from opportunity framing and use case validation to MVP implementation and deployment.
  
  
• Drive Commercial Growth: Collaborate with Sales to identify business opportunities, create pitches, and win projects to grow your vertical's revenue.
  
  Translate client needs into tailored solutions and scalable value propositions.
  
  
• Develop the Team: Help to recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing team of business consultants and LowCode/GenAI experts.
  
  Define delivery standards and foster excellence.
  
  
• Connect Strategy, Tech & Execution: Align with Plain’s broader tech and consulting teams to integrate AI-native tools, low-code platforms, and agentic frameworks into impactful business solutions.
  
  

Requirements

Experience:

• 8+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or business building
• Demonstrated success in building products & solutions as well as consulting service offerings or verticals in an innovation-driven context
• Experience in Defining & Re-engineering business processes through tech
• Reliable technical understanding and knowledge (e.G. on Cloud Infrastructures, Data Platforms, AI Models, etc.)
• Strong exposure to Agentic AI, automation, and low-code ecosystems (e.G. Agent Builders, AI Foundation Model, Applications & Platforms like CoPilot Studios, AI Foundry, Microsoft Power Platforms, OpenAI)

Skills

• Strategic thinking and business acumen, paired with hands-on delivery skills
• Expertise in tech driven, E2E consulting processes: strategy, validation, business case, MVP
• Strong Analytical and Process-driven thinking
• Ability to translate tech into commercial impact and measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish, German is a plus

• Second with an Impact Studio Director - Deep-dive interview focused on strategy, offering, and team-building
• Final case presentation and culture fit
