Must Have
Around 3 years of professional experience in DevOps and application delivery environments Proven experience with
CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Hands‑on skills in
Microsoft IIS administration
and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Solid understanding of
Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks Fluency in
English
(written and spoken) for technical documentation and stakeholder communication Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent technical field Nice to Have
Experience with
Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow
for reporting and dashboard development Knowledge of
software packaging/distribution tools
(MSI, MSIX, SCCM, Intune, Flexera Admin Studio) Familiarity with
database management
(MySQL, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Background in
pharmaceutical or regulated industries Exposure to
MS Orchestrator
and API management Develop and maintain
automation scripts
(Ansible, PowerShell, Python) to streamline software lifecycle processes Design and implement
CI/CD pipelines
and Infrastructure as Code solutions for reliable application delivery Build interactive
reports and dashboards
using Power BI/Tableau to monitor software deployment metrics Resolve
complex technical incidents
(L2/L3 support) for web applications and delivery infrastructure Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to
optimize software packaging, deployment, and hosting Manage
containerized environments
(Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure for .NET applications Enhance
DevOps practices
through automated testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives Support
cross‑functional processes
