Buscamos un
Full Stack Developer
con experiencia en Contact Center con talento para incorporarse a nuestro equipo para una multinacional líder en el sector.
Responsibilities
Evolucionar y mantener las soluciones técnicas presentes en el entorno tecnológico del area de Contact Center.
Participar en el desarrollo e integración de soluciones multicanal y bots.
Colaborar en el diseño e implementación de microservicios y APIs. Asegurar la calidad del software y participar en la estrategia de calidad definida.
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares y participar en la refinación de requisitos (Inception, Roadmap, Épicas, User Stories).
Contribuir de manera proactiva a la resolución de impedimentos y mejoras técnicas.
Qualifications
Experiencia demostrada en desarrollo Full Stack.
Experiencia sólida en Java (obligatorio).
Experiencia en integraciones multicanal y bots aplicados en distintos canales (Chat, WhatsApp, entre otros) utilizando DialogFlowCX de Google.
Experiencia en Contact Center, sobre todo con Genesys.
Metodología Scrum.
Experiencia en integraciones con APIs REST y SOAP.
