Client Service and Delivery Analyst Job Opening In Madrid – Now Hiring Willis Towers Watson

Esta es tu oportunidad para formar parte de un proyecto de alto nivel.

Buscamos un/a profesional que trabajará directamente en el Departamento de Seguros de uno de nuestros principales clientes , un grupo constructor de referencia con presencia internacional .

Este puesto se desarrolla en colaboración y dependencia del equipo de Construcción de WTW, lo que te permitirá estar en el centro de la operativa aseguradora de grandes proyectos de infraestructura.

Funciones principales:

  • Gestión y seguimiento de los programas de seguros del cliente (todo riesgo construcción, responsabilidad civil, maquinaria, etc.).

  • Coordinación con el equipo técnico del bróker y con las aseguradoras para la colocación y renovación de pólizas.

  • Apoyo en la tramitación de siniestros y resolución de incidencias.

  • Elaboración de informes, cuadros de control y documentación técnica.

  • Interlocución directa con los distintos departamentos del cliente (técnico, financiero, jurídico, etc.).

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en seguros relacionados con el sector construcción o ingeniería.

  • Conocimiento de productos como TRC, CAR, RC, Decenal, etc.

  • Capacidad de trabajo autónomo y orientación al cliente.

  • Necesario conocimiento de inglés por la proyección internacional del cliente.
